About this position

The Content Creator Supervisor for Beauty Products is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging video and photo content for various social media platforms, while also managing the company's online presence and collaborating with different teams to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for social media posts.
• Create video content based on branding briefs and corporate identity (CI).
• Write engaging and accurate captions for social media posts.
• Manage and monitor the company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LINE.
• Develop monthly content plans for each social media platform.
• Understand the unique features and requirements of each social media platform.
• Stay informed about the company’s business, products, and in-store promotions.
• Keep up with trends and quickly adapt them to the company’s products and business.
• Collect and present social media reports/feedback and evaluate performance monthly to improve the team.
• Collaborate with the Paid Advertisement team to promote content.
• Brief promotional ideas to the graphic design team for content production.
• Conduct LIVE streaming sessions.

Requirements

• Interested in beauty products, skincare, and self-care, with a passion for makeup.
• Comfortable filming and showcasing personal face and body for product reviews without limitations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in video editing and content production (Capcut program preferred).
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in front of the camera.
• Solid understanding of online marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong copywriting abilities.
• Creative and able to tell stories through content.
