About this position
The Buyer – Bakery is responsible for selecting bakery products, negotiating trade terms, and ensuring sales and profit targets are met while managing inventory and analyzing market trends.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for selecting bakery products
• Negotiating trade term agreements and other business related.
• Delivering sales and profit as the company target in the response category.
• Inventory management, ensures stock and gross sales performance align with the plan
• Monitor and analyze markets, trends, product popularities and customers for campaign management planning
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
• At least 3 years experience in buying or merchandising especially food products
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills are a must
• Can work well under high pressure.
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
