Business Analyst (Coffee Chain)
About this position
The Business Analyst for the Coffee Chain will be responsible for designing and managing performance reports, analyzing business performance, supporting business development, conducting market research, and preparing ad hoc reports.
Responsibilities
• Design and manage performance and CRM reports: Utilize SQL, BI tools, and Excel to create comprehensive reports that track key business metrics.
• Analyze business performance: Provide insightful analysis to management, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting new strategic initiatives.
• Support business development: Leverage analytical insights to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to business development efforts.
• Market research and competitive analysis: Study market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for enhancing business competitiveness.
• Ad hoc reporting: Prepare various reports as needed, tailored to specific business issues or management requests.
Requirements
• Educational background: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Data Analytics).
• Experience: 3-5 years in retail, food & beverage, or project management roles, with a strong analytical focus.
• Analytical skills: Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Prioritization and planning: Strong skills in managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Language proficiency: Good command of English.
