About this position

The HR Supervisor will manage recruitment processes, payroll, employee relations, and training within the warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and closing.
• Fulfill open vacancies with the productivity to close each HC within KPI.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
• Create compelling job descriptions, post openings on relevant job boards, and utilize various sourcing techniques to find suitable candidates.
• Onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issues.
• Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, performance evaluations.
• Prepare payroll & allowance data, check and update time attendance to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee using internal HRIS for view E-payslip, apply E-Leave, Overtime & performance evaluations.
• Manage office supplies, pantry food, inventory and place orders as needed. Including prepare comparison data for make a purchasing order.
• Submit the government document, related agency or work such as Land & Building Tax, Sign Tax etc.
• Other assignment from superior.
• Provide advisory to management in addressing employee relations issues.
• Coordinate employee termination process or warning letter when required.
• Support internal training when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR with specialty in Recruitment, Payroll, TA and GA with the company size of 50-70 employees.
• Experience in Logistics business will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Good skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & others.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
