Export Customer Service Officer (Laemchabang)
About this position
The Export Customer Service Officer (Laemchabang) is responsible for supporting overseas agencies, coordinating export shipments, and ensuring customer requirements are met.
Responsibilities
• Support oversea agency, contact with CJ subsidiary in other country.
• Coordinate and arrange export shipment according to committed date.
• Support customer requirement.
• Checking Export entry and benefits according from customer request.
• Prepare document in order to submit Form-E, D, AK etc. refer to customer requirement.(if any)
• Summary report shipment and KPI control.
Requirements
• Diploma /Bachelor's degree in International Business or Logistics Management or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding and oversea contact.
• New graduated in Logistics field are welcome.
• Having knowledge of export customer service at least 2 years will be advantage.
• Having knowledge and experience about Form-E, D, AK etc. will be advantage.
• Can work under pressure.
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Service mind & willing to work with team.
• Good command of English both writing and speaking.
