About this position

At Citi, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills and make a difference at one of the world’s most global banks. We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager - Operations based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day operational support, including implementing assistance, and administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business
• Conduct project management activities, including expanding Operations capabilities for new products and services
• Facilitate alignment of the Operations Support infrastructure with focused technologies and processes
• Assist with activities focused in record/documentation maintenance and storage and retrieval including, account opening, imaging, and mail services
• Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Basic knowledge of related industry practices and standards
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
