Warehouse Manager
About this position
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse and logistics operations to meet quality, safety, delivery, and cost targets while leading a team to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Manage of Warehouse & Logistics to achieve the target of Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost, including transportation, and customer services.
• Lead a problem-solving team to find out the root causes and corrective/preventive actions caused by logistics failure.
• Maintain stock accurate and improve space efficiency of all warehouse area.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections and quality assurance to ensure timely delivery of products according to schedule.
• Make decisions and recommendations in order to achieve operational and cost-effective results, prevent delays in assigned work, and eliminate the risks of considerable expenditures of time, human resources.
• Develop the warehouse and logistics operations and system to meet the company’s requirement and business objective.
• Develop staff performance to maximize productivity of their roles and responsibilities, i.e., skill performance, people development.
• Setup departmental KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
• Ensure all Warehouse and Logistics staffs follow company rule, regulation and policy.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master of Logistic, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experiences more than 3 years warehouse/logistic/distribution management.
• Experiences in management level or position more than 1 year.
• Understand Supply chain management, Logistics, Warehouse, Fulfillment and Store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, high problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent speaking and written communication skills.
• Good service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiry.
• Able to work for 6 days.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel and PowerPoint.
• NAV and ASRS warehouse background is preferred.
