About this position

The Human Resources Manager at C.I.T. HQ will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing policies and procedures, overseeing compliance, talent management, employee development, and more.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with top management to align HR strategies with business goals, providing insights and solutions that support both company objectives and employee welfare.
• HR Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing CIT HR strategies, initiatives, measurement tools, and action plans that drive organizational success.
• Policy and Procedure Management: Establish, review, and update HR policies, procedures, organizational charts, and job profiles. Ensure that all documents are current and effectively communicated.
• Compliance and Administration: Oversee all people management processes and administration, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
• Budget Management: Prepare the annual HR budget and regularly monitor expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Talent Management: Partner with management and department leaders to recruit, develop, and retain top talent within CIT, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Employee Development: Work closely with top management and team leaders to champion and implement employee development initiatives that enhance skillsets and career growth.
• Onboarding: Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration and a positive employee experience from day one.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, coach, and appraise HR team members, ensuring they deliver expected job outputs and business results. Provide constructive feedback in a timely manner to foster professional growth.
• Grievance Management: Handle and manage employee grievances, ensuring that all cases are resolved fairly, professionally, and in compliance with company policies.
• Employee Engagement: Champion and drive employee engagement programs and activities, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Exit Interviews: Conduct and analyze exit interviews for management employees, using insights to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and 3 years experience in management, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
