About this position

C.I.T. Corporation Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement initiatives for our well-known brands, including KUDOS, Alpha, igloohome, and Saboten.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital marketing strategies and CRM initiatives.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, Lazada, and Shopee.
• Drive customer engagement and brand awareness across both B2B and B2C channels.
• Oversee loyalty programs, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics, ensuring a data-driven approach to all marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in campaign management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven marketing.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
