Responsibilities
• Menghitung RAB lengkap dengan analisa harga
• Monitoring Devcost dan construction cost
• Mengurus Tender Bangunan, Prasarana, Landscape Listrik
• Opname lapangan infra / ME / landscape
• Melakukan negosiasi harga
• Membuat SPK, PO dan MOU
• Monitoring tagihan dan SPK
Requirements
• Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi yang sama
• Familiar dan bisa menggunakan AutoCAD, Glodon
