Administration Staff - Project
About this position
The Administration Staff - Project position requires a candidate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, proficiency in computer and IT systems, and strong Microsoft Office skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle meeting preparations, participate in project supervision, adapt to new work environments, work efficiently, collaborate with colleagues, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
• Sort letters/documents based on categories and assign letter numbers according to procedures
• Receive all letters/documents in hard copy/soft copy, record them in the list of incoming and outgoing documents, and distribute them to relevant parties
• Send letters/documents with acknowledgment letters and record them in the list of outgoing letters
• Ensure all project files are organized according to order numbers
• Take minutes during internal and external meetings and send MoM to meeting participants
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in computer and IT systems at Cimory Head Office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Experienced in preparing meeting rooms and supporting needs
• Able to participate in work supervision related to MEP
• Easy to adapt to new work environments and follow existing work culture
• Hardworking and works strategically for efficiency
• Able to work independently and collaborate with colleagues
• Not easily discouraged and responsible for assigned tasks
