About this position

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Operations Admin for Scheduling (Scheduler) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Coordinating the scheduling of GPS tracking unit fitments to customers.
• Communicating with customers to confirm fitment appointments and provide updates as needed.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of GPS tracking units.
• Communicating with internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of fitment operations.
• Managing the fitment scheduling system, including data entry and reporting.
• Monitoring and reporting on fitment progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of fitment appointments and status.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to fitment scheduling.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Has conversational level of English language skill.
• Minimum of Diploma Degree (D3) or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of experience in scheduling or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
