About this position

We're a world-leading smart mobility SaaS tech company with almost 2,000,000 active users and were looking for a Sales Development B2B to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing, and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures/deals.
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
• Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
• Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.

Requirements

• A strong background in new business account acquisition.
• You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions.
• Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.
• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• Prospecting and cold-calling experience.
• A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities.
• Good communication and listening skills to understand a customers needs and tailor a relevant pitch.
• Resilience to always go the extra mile to close the deals (handle end-to-end sales cycle).
• Fluent in English is a must.
