About this position

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions
• Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
• Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms
• Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission
• Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes

Requirements

• Possess solid database for automotive/logistics/transportation/mining, etc.
• A strong background in new business accounts acquisition
• You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions
• Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities
• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
• Prospecting & cold calling experience
• A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities
• Good communication & listening skills to understand a customers needs and tailor a relevant pitch
• Resilience to always go to the extra mile to close the deals
• Work-based in Balikpapan (East Kalimantan)
