About this position

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge on accounting, budgeting financial planning and controls.
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Lead a team of finance professionals in performing accounting and reporting, audit and FP&A.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, and relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Coordinating and supporting audit and tax matters.
• Work closely with Group Finance team for accounting, control, reporting and compliance matters.
• Partner with business, providing technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues.
• Key driver for implementation of group policies, processes, operations and systems. Involve in finance transformation projects and recommend any new or improvements to finance department process.
• Execute and implement SOX process and controls.
• Support any ad-hoc projects and tasks from time-to-time as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 to 8 years' relevant working experience, of which your first 3-4 years are spent with an audit firm.
• Candidates with prior experiences in start-ups or technology industry or MNCs will have an added advantage.
• Well-versed in IFRS, local GAAP, local tax regulations and other accounting regulatory requirements.
• Strong team player who is willing to support team members beyond his/her own scope of work.
• Meticulous with numbers, a keen eye for details, results oriented with sharp business acumen.
• Familiar with Navision or other reporting system is a plus.
• Great written, communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
