Billing Agent (Jakarta)

Responsibilities
• Handle invoicing, payment, and liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Escalates customer disputes or inquiries to relevant departments and ensures proper follow-up.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for our SaaS and GPS tracking services.
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients.
• Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy before processing.
• Resolve any discrepancies in billing information promptly.
• Updated and maintained detailed records of customer billing accounts.
• Manage recurring billing cycles and subscription renewals.
• Address and resolve customer billing questions and issues efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing-related financial reports.
• Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
• Continuously improve billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
• Graduate of any Accounting / Business Admin course.
• Efficient with good skills in implementing standard procedures.
• With min. 1 year of experience in Billing or equivalent.
• Can work onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia.
