On 5 November 2008, CIMB Bank Berhad became the largest shareholder in Bank Thai and on 4 May 2009, the Bank completed the registration of its new name: "ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)" in Thai and "CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited" in English. This name change reflects the official transition of Bank Thai from being a single company to a member of CIMB Group.

About this position

The Head, Credit Contract Operations is responsible for providing high-quality support to Business Units, managing relationships, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the quality of work within the Credit Contract division.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality support for all allotted Business Units on all agreements, securing documentation, monitoring & reporting.
• Manage the good relationship between Credit Contract and the allotted Business Units as well as other team members within Credit Contract.
• Assist in ensuring the smooth running of Credit Contract so as to carry out work to the high standard the division required.
• Maintain high quality of work at all times in enhancing the Group’s image and excellent service.
• Ensure all securing documents are uploaded to system after documents perfection.
• Ensure Risk Monitoring & Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Department Operating Instruction (DOI).
• Check list of contractual documents, securing documents prior to kept in Vault.
• Control procedures relating to Credit Contract of the correct consistency between Regulatory requirements of CIMBT Bank, Bank of Thailand and the Civil Law.
• Provide quality coaching and effective empowerment.
• Effectively use Performance Management as tool to manage and improve team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Laws, Business Administrative, Economic or related fields.
• At least 7 years experience in Legal Admin, Documentations, Operations, Management Level in Banking or Financial Institution.
• Contractual documents and securing documents.
• Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in Thai and English.
