About this position

The Private Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through tailored investment recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build portfolio of HNW by acquiring new clients and maintain trust-based relationship with existing clients in order to grow client’s holdings with the bank
• Engage with client regularly in order to understand, analyze their current and long term needs and propose the investment recommendation to achieve their goals
• Able to assist HNW in providing the best financial solution for individual and their business by leveraging PB and CIMB Group platform
• Monitor client’s portfolio regularly, do rebalancing portfolio if needed according to market conditions and client’s financial situation and needs.
• Keep updated with current local and global market and economics conditions, gather information from internal and external sources
• Able to work as a team
• Responsible to achieve personal and team target

Requirements

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience and ability to acquire and serve High Net Worth individuals clients
• Has broad knowledge in banking and financial system and preferably who has a good knowledge in wealth management.
• Able to analyze client’s overall financial needs along with their risk profile and investment experience
• Has a strong self-motivation to achieve personal and team target
• A team player with professional work ethic, innovative and able to cope under pressure.
• Has an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High personal integrity and adhere to compliance standard
