EBB Relationship Manager
About this position
The EBB Relationship Manager is responsible for designing sales activity plans, managing business performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance while providing financial consultancy to debtors.
Responsibilities
• Design daily and monthly Sales Activity Plan as guidance for SPT achievement
• Seek proactively potential debtor to achieve business target
• Provide financial consultant for potential & existing debtor by identify debtor needs and offer product according to their needs
• Responsible to EBB credit portfolio growth and optimalization credit usage
• Run all credit activities, from preparation, call report, credit proposal, credit proposal approval, loan administration related to Credit Signing, disbursment, roll over and credit maintenance
• Determine debtor’s ability to pay by establish depth information on debtor loan, such as business prospec, business management, owner / shareholder and business cash flow
• Ensure collectability of debtor remains healthy by monitoring the fulfillment of payment obligation
• Do early recogniation watchlist for each debtor and inform the management if needed
• Ensure all credit administration and process comply with internal and external regulation
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferable finance, accounting or banking management)
• Min 3 years experience as Relationship Manager in EBB/SME segment
• Proven experience in banking industry
• High motivation with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to be located in Jakarta area
