About this position
The Cost Management & Analytic Officer is responsible for providing financial data, reports, and analysis for the Operations & IT Directorate, ensuring budget adherence, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to provide financial data, report & analysis of Operations & IT Directorate
• Prepare budget for Operations & IT Directorate.
• Ensure financial performance is within budget for Operations & IT Directorate.
• Assist Manager to approve and review procurement process related to operating expenses or projects.
• Ensure the cost is booked properly, run smoothly as planned and to get cost saving opportunity for Operations.
• Actively involved in bank-wide projects and providing process improvement
• Identify and plan opportunities to improve quality or reduce cost resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
