The position involves managing building maintenance repairs and sustainability requirements, along with overseeing vendor agreements related to facility management.
Responsibilities
• Effectively manage all building maintenance repairs, sustainability requirements relating to facility management, and the contractual services agreements of all vendors involved in these processes.
Requirements
• Background S1 Sustainability Development
• Experience in Solar Panel, Sustainability Development, project management, building management
• Experience as PM of a building construction project
• Strong understanding of building health & safety, repair & maintenance, mechanical & electrical
• Strong in calculating construction cost estimates, mechanical electrical, fixed asset management
• Strong understanding of budgeting & control, depreciation, ROI
• Strong in driving the dealing & negotiation process with vendors
• Strong in driving meetings with cross-segment BU and cross vendors with multi-segment of building construction / maintenance
