Senior Product Specialist (New Product)
About this position
The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing and independently executing strategies that align with both short-term and long-term business objectives, including sales growth, market share, profitability, and brand health for the assigned brands (New Product).
Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Execution:
• Collaborate in the conceptualization and execution of marketing strategies for the CPI group’s brands.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Assess brand performance, including customer and consumer feedback, to ensure the marketing mix adapts to changing needs.
• Initiate and evaluate the viability of new business, products, or services, proposing business models and financial projections for medium and long-term plans.
• Identify opportunities for experimentation and design data-driven experiments to test strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Sales Strategy, Sales, Business Development, QA, R&D, Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Internal Audit) to implement new product or service developments.
• Execute a market research roadmap and ensure findings are effectively utilized to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and lead brand plans, including communication strategies, to meet sales, market share, profitability, and brand health goals.
• Collaborate with sales strategy teams, relevant stakeholders, and external entities to plan and oversee local initiatives, driving volume growth and brand health.
• Oversee the development and launch of a robust product pipeline, ensuring alignment with brand and launch strategies.
• Analyze consumer data to develop CRM programs aimed at growing the consumer base.
• Establish marketing plans and digital initiatives that define growth pillars for driving sales and enhancing brand loyalty.
• Supporting Responsibilities:
• Assist the Marketing Manager in evolving brand plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Contribute to functional and organizational projects as needed.
Requirements
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Initiative, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industries.
• At least 1 year of experience in CRM programs, e-commerce, and digital marketing that support marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG New Product Development is a plus.
• Strong ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in English and Thai.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
