Marketing Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist to develop and execute the marketing strategy for the relevant brands within the CPI group.
• Help monitor market trends, consumer/customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brands.
• Help assess the viability of new business/product and service opportunities.
• Help identify opportunities for experimentation and design data-driven experiments to test strategic developments.
• Help coordinate with various departments (Sales Strategy, Sales, Business Development, QA, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Internal Audit) to implement marketing initiatives.
• Help utilize market research effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Help develop and execute brand plans, including communication development, to drive sales, market share, profitability, and brand health.
• Help collaborate with the marketing team, related parties, and external entities to plan and implement local initiatives that boost volume growth and brand health.
• Help establish marketing plans and digital initiatives to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Support and contribute to functional and organizational projects when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Innovation, or Digital Marketing (an advantage).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
• Experience in FMCG New Product Development, CRM programs, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing that supports marketing strategy is a plus.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and deriving insights from numbers.
• Good command of both English and Thai languages.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
