About this position

The Client Development Manager at Emporium Boutique is responsible for driving client development actions, enhancing client experiences, and managing VIP clients while ensuring high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance of CDM actions in the boutique by supporting the teams with daily actions
• Retain and Develop Existing Clients:
• Implement new client development strategies, initiatives and activities set forth by the regional and local client development management team to do develop, understand clients and enhance their experience.
• Proactively interact with clients, build relationships and gain understanding at a personal level to facilitate further return visits.
• Ensure the appropriate management of VIP Clients of Christian Dior, maximising their potential with your location
• Develop a portfolio of clients at CCIV and Elite level
• Increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with Department Managers and Client Development Ambassadors
• Develop strategies and implementation plans in specifically arranging for personalized gifts and experiences for clients according to the local guidelines.

• Recruit Clients within and outside the boutique for new clients:
• Develop multi-sourced clientele to ensure on-going clientele interest and participation
• Implement new client development initiatives/activities to fulfil various types of customers’ request and interest

• Client Service:
• To greet, serve and advise clients giving the highest standard of clients service at all times.
• Constantly reinforce and review the operations which offers a range of unique, exclusive, quality and personalized services to Dior VIP clientele
• Create opportunities, execute and develop one-to-one private viewings (OTO) in boutique and maximize the usage
• To deal effectively with client complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promo

Requirements

• University or College Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the high-end niche market
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Retail product knowledge is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required
• Knowledge in SQL or CRM system is an advantage
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is essential
• Ability to speak Mandarin and a second language would be an advantage
• Highly innovative and creative with constant drive for improvement and a passion for customer centricity
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and project management skills
• Energetic and able to multitask
• Able to meet aggressive deadlines under pressure with limited resources
• Organized, accurate and highly detail orientated
• Experience in managing multiple projects and able to work independently and as a team
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, working gracefully with others even when under pressure
• Strong fashion sense
