About this position
Responsibilities
• Establish a sales operation plan that aligns with the company's strategic plan, focusing on retaining the customer base and increasing the number of customers.
• Plan marketing activities and define strategies, target groups, public relations, and relevant budget plans.
• Analyze customer needs, plan sales, and forecast future purchasing demands.
• Enhance the skills of the team in sales coordination, sales planning, and demand analysis to effectively present/deliver products according to customer needs.
• Seek new sales channels and methods to acquire new customers (including planning to retain existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction).
• Analyze competitors' sales strategies in the market segment and market direction to enhance sales opportunities and improve the efficiency of the sales team.
• Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators as directed by the company.
• Monitor sales results and hold meetings to brief the sales team for improvement.
• Develop customer care strategies by visiting clients to maintain good relationships and increase sales.
• Share knowledge, assist, motivate, and foster unity within the sales management team.
• Plan budget management and costs related to sales operations.
• Analyze the overall business landscape and monitor market movements of competitors, identifying strengths and weaknesses to improve the company's sales plan.
• Study and implement innovations in products and new working processes or solutions to enhance sales performance, focusing on creating valuable activities and/or practices that support effective and efficient sales cost management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing or other related field.
• At least 10 years' working experience in Sales or Key Account Management in FMCG, Food & Beverage business would be advantage.
• High attitude to Sales leadership and fundamental sales competencies.
• High skills in Sales planning and Manage Sales team encourage and push to meet a target.
• High initiating & Ambitious of Sales function under the various challenges.
• Fluent in English both of communication (Spoken & Written).
• Proficiency in advance computer SAP, All basic Microsoft program.
