Sales Executive (2 Position)

About this position

The sales executive will be responsible for the unit's operations at the operational level as assigned to product sales to follow the standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to increase purchases from existing customers and seek new customers to increase sales.
• Introduce products that existing customers to increase the number of SKUs for customers.
• Prepare sales summary reports, including identifying problems that have occurred, to find solutions to prevent and solve them.
• Review customer requirements and key customer orders in the document system.
• Follow up on debt collection from customers.
• Inquire about customer needs correctly with quantity and quality, including receiving complaints.
• Plan to visit customers to maintain good relationships with existing customers and build relationships with new customers.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Report problems or deviations from standards found during operations to the manager for corrective action according to the specified standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economic, Business Administration or others related field.
• At least 3 year working experience in Sales or Key Account management role.
• Good at English both of Speaking and written in work.
• Open mind and active personality to work with team.
• Working experience with international company or dealing with oversea site would be advantage.
