About this position

ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าแผนกอาวุโส จป.วิชาชีพ มีหน้าที่ในการสร้างและดำเนินการนโยบายและขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยที่สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการประเมินอันตรายและความเสี่ยงในสถานที่ทำงาน.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing safety policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assess potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Lead site to sustain safety system implementation e.g. ISO 45001,ISO 14001, ISO 9001, security.
• Set-up safety framework, KPI and plan according to company objective and policy
• Develop Maintain & ensure the compliance of Health and Safety system with safety law & regulations.
• Collaborate with internal/external departments, contractors, vendors and business partners with the common goal to prevent incident
• Initiate and maintain safety program and plan to escalate & maintain safety culture.
• Guide on correct handling and storage of chemicals and dangerous goods and precede all regulatory activities related with dangerous goods act
• Design, develop, lead implement and ensure compliance to best practice, program, procedure
• Maintain OHS technical competency and assume site OHS trainer.
• Conduct safety training programs for employees to educate them on proper safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and the use of safety equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor ’s Degree, in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering or any related fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in area of Health and Safety from a large manufacturing environment
• Knowledgeable in quality standard system: ISO45001 & ISO14001 ISO 9001 OHSAS18001.
• Good computer skills with MS Office & material presentation.
• Good at English Communication.
• Able to work at Hatyai city.
• Problem solving analysis and summary skill
