About this position

The Technician Customer Complain position involves supporting customer complaints, automotive parts, and corrective actions while participating in meetings regarding in-process actions.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Complain
• Support Automotive Part
• Reply Corrective action to Customer
• Meeting action NG. in-Process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience at QC, QA 2 Years
• Have experience about problem analysis and make corrective action to customer (QC. Tool, 5Y, 8D)
• Have to know about ISO System (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949)
• Can working in night shift and over time
