About this position
The QS Engineer (Contract management based) is responsible for managing contract-related tasks, measurement, valuation, and financial forecasting for projects, with a focus on marine work.
Responsibilities
• Measurement and valuation of the completed quantities of the subcontractors.
• Price forecast the cost of the materials needed for the project.
• Responsible for the monthly payment.
• Coordinate with business team in project bidding, inquiry, procurement, contract negotiation, etc.
• Project quantity calculation.
• Other task assigned by the project leader.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 8 years experiences in quantity surveyor.
• Contract Management experienced.
• Experience in marine work.
• Strong English language skills, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to travel upcountry.
