Contract Executive (Commercial Department)
About this position
The Contract Executive in the Commercial Department is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents, liaising with government agencies, and supporting various commercial tasks.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and preparing of contracts, agreements and documents related to Commercial Department
• Support the Commercial Department in drafting, checking and reviewing contracts, commercial agreements, and legal documents such as contracts, memorandum of agreement, Power of Attorney (POA), sub-contract agreements, service agreements, or other documents assigned by superior
• Prepare documents to supplement the contract for the authorized signatory including coordinating and following up on the contract signing process within the set timeframe
• Coordinate with the legal consult when there is an intensive case to be discussed including arranging the meeting for the legal discussion
• Seek and call for quotation related to the outsource legal service
• Prepare documents and liaise with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the document notarization process
• Liaise with the agency and Marine Department for the vessels import permit application (if)
• Record the Minutes Of Meeting that related to Commercial Department including translate into English or Thai (Weekly & Monthly Meeting)
• Translate important documents or letters into English or Thai for the management review
• Register and keep save for Commercial files or reports and upload to the cloud system including update and tidy the files regularly
• Manage and register the project insurance including coordinating with the broker for claims
• Other Commercial tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Law or Business or English or having a proven in related field
• At least 2-5 years in field of experience in contract, agreement drafting and reviewing and translation including understanding of commercial terms and common clauses in agreements
• Ability to organize work, manage time and adhere to schedules, detail-oriented, highly responsible, able to work under pressure including being a good team player
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Excellent command of written and verbal in Chinese language
• Willing to work 6 days a week and able to work at Laem Chabang Port – Chonburi Province
