About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Analysts teams to align communication strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop content, design assets, and manage online and offline campaigns.
• Monitor agency performance to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Provide feedback and direction to agencies for ongoing optimization of campaigns.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, event kits, videos, and social media posts, tailored to both on-site and online audiences.
• Make basic edits or adjustments to content using Photoshop or Illustrator when needed, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Focus on producing platform-specific content for Facebook and TikTok, leveraging trends and best practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site communication campaigns, such as product demonstrations, dealer meetings, and field days.
• Oversee online campaigns on Facebook and TikTok, collaborating with agencies for paid and organic strategies.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
• Organize and manage on-site events, such as trade shows, farmer training sessions, and product launches, ensuring effective communication and brand representation.
• Integrate online platforms to promote and extend the reach of these events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts, adhering to corporate identity (CI) guidelines.
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand positioning and communication strategy.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams (e.g., Sales, R&D) and external agencies, dealers, and distributors.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations on campaign progress and outcomes to management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a background in agriculture is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing communication, with a proven track record in managing on-site and online campaigns.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and working with external agencies for campaign execution.
• Basic skills in Photoshop or Illustrator to make minor content adjustments when required.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate with agencies and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to balance traditional and digital communication.
