Supervisor General Plant Accounting
About this position
The Supervisor General Plant Accounting is responsible for coordinating accounting activities within the factory, ensuring accurate financial documentation, and managing accounts payable and expenses.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with various departments in the factory to prepare and submit accounting document accurately and completely.
• Coordinate with internal departments within the factory regarding any impacts on taxes and the environment, and report to senior supervisor promptly.
• Record accounts payable for goods and services accurately and completely.
• Review expenses and record them into the system accurately and completely each month.
• Verify the accuracy of petty cash disbursement documents, including supporting documents for advance payments, and manage petty cash to ensure it is sufficient for operations in accordance with petty cash control procedures.
• Verify the completeness of the approval of accounting documents from the factory submitted to the headquarters.
• Receive and process invoices.
• Contact the bank and relevant government agencies.
• Other tasks and assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Over 2 years of experience in financial accounting and managing income and expenses.
• Knowledge of tax accounting and tax law.
• Proficiency in using accounting software.
• Able to read and write English reasonable level.
• Pleasant personality, high sense of responsibility and self-discipline.
• Highly motivated and committed to success.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, diligent, and honest.
