Vice President of Corporate Governance Structure and Policies
About this position
Responsibilities
• Propose plans on how corporate governance structure and policies to be aligned with the objectives and strategies of C.P. Group
• Keep under close review all legislative, regulatory and corporate governance developments that might affect the Group’s operations
• Establish corporate governance structure and Governing Bodies charters for all business units under C.P. Group
• Formulate the Group wide code of conduct, policies and guidelines that related to ESG
• Provide corporate governance advice and guidance to business units
• Prepare corporate governance report and other written publications that promote corporate governance
• Perform other duties as need basis as part of the corporate governance matters
Requirements
• Master’s degree in business related fields Experience
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in corporate governance
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrates strong speaking and written skills in Thai and English
• Ability to build strong relationships with team and other stakeholders
• Having a good knowledge of the SET and SEC’s regulations
• Knowledge to keep up with regular or statutory changes in policies that may affect the organization
• Corporate governance knowledge and best practices to respond on how a system of effective Corporate Governance operates
• Experiences in working with Board of Directors
