Trade Marketing Manager (Food/Healthcare)

Responsibilities
• Lead the development of category, channel & POP plan covering assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotion across channels, and marketing strategic framework
• Growth - Responsible for driving product/category growth and P&L
• Availability - Product distributions with availability of pack-size / pricing strategy
• Pricing - Determine pricing and promotion across channels
• Visibility - Ensure shelf share/decoration and merchandising space
• Assortment - Right product line/SKU in each distribution channel
• Responsible for an appropriate SKU/product as product specialist with channel activity plan to provide actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on customer behavior & insight within Category/Sub Category
• Identify distribution and channel opportunities and gaps for Category/Sub Category to recommend tailored Category Channel plans in-line with overall business/marketing strategy
• Analyze new product launch, specific campaign, P&L performance, market share & sales force productivity and portfolio of promotional activities in collaboration with Sales Strategy
• Conduct variance analysis of actual performance vs budget / targets to identify channel insights and gaps to all related parties in order to implement strategic action needed and closely monitor CPF shares (revenue/volume/shelf) across of all channels
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales in strategic implementation of new product launch and other promotion campaigns to align with business strategy
• Work with Marketing, Sales & Business Analyst for corrective actions to achieve sales target of each channel and identify opportunities/issues for improvement
• Provide product trend and market insight for Sales in each channel to create the effective sales tool kit
• Lead as Sales and Product Manager representative in Business Unit Management Committee
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Management, Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing in FMCG
• High analytical acumen with ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies and tactics internally.
• Good planning and management skill.
