About this position
The SHE Professional is responsible for providing technical knowledge and support in Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Energy (SHE&En) to coordinators, employees, and management, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
Responsibilities
• Provides and support technical knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Energy (SHE&En) to SHE&En coordinators, employees and managements in oversea in development and implementation of CPF SHE&En Standard in order to successfully manage materiality SHE&En risks.
• Monitor, measure and report on compliance with all (CPF SHE&En standard) applicable to the company's activities.
• Support and participate in SHE&En targets setting both short- and long-terms of oversea businesses.
• Assess, identify SHE&En training needs and develop the training plan for local SHE&En coordinators, employees, and managements in order to fullfil competence needed for successfully (CPF SHE&En Standard) implementation.
• Establish a register of laws and regulations related to SHE&Eng for each country and follow up assessment of the relevance and compliance of operations in each country.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational health and safety / environmental science / environmental engineer / safety engineer / energy engineering or others related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in occupational health and safety / environment / energy or related field in a manufacturing.
• Experience working in Food industry or related field.
• Experience managing quality and audit process is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge on safety, occupation health, environment and energy.
• Knowledge of safety, occupation health, environment and energy laws, regulations and standards in international level is a plus.
