SHE Management Director
About this position
Responsibilities
• Implement a safety performance management system, foster collaboration with networks, and track progress to ensure the practical application of safety policies and establish shared goals to evaluate safety performance effectively.
• Develop mechanisms enabling business units (BUs) to independently drive the prevention of fatalities and lost-time injuries by providing management tools, such as SHE guidelines, to enhance control measures.
• Conduct SHE Audits of affiliated entities to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of each country where operations are conducted and verify adherence to the group's safety and environmental standards to ensure safe business operations and minimize environmental impacts on communities and society.
1. Establish SHE policies and SHE Management Standards of C.P. Group’s.
2. Oversee, manage, and promote compliance with various technical regulations and standards to prevent and mitigate risks to personnel and organizational assets.
3. Develop and enhance personnel who are responsible for creating and maintaining the organization's SHE values.
4. Plan and conduct SHE Audit of C.P. Group.
5. Reporting of audit and surveillance results.
6. Development of criteria, methods and audit processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
• Have at least 15 years of experience in SHE management of large organizations and have at least 3 years of experience as a SHE Leader Auditor.
• Good knowledge in Internal Audit, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
• Knowledge and skills in strategies for managing both large and small organizations.
• Knowledge and experience in applying international safety and environmental standards such as OSHA, EPA, NFPA.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Development.
• English and Chinese language skills.
