About this position

The Production Engineer position at the Chicken Processing Factory in Saraburi involves planning and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan production to allocate various resources related such as people, raw materials, and equipment in responsible departments to be efficient.
• Control the production process to meet production standards and have efficiency as specified.
• Control and supervise the manpower and machinery in responsible departments in order to use it effectively.
• Perform work related to various production standard systems, such as receiving inspections according to customer specification systems, labor standards system, related legal systems.
• Develop and improve work methods to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant work experience is a plus.
• New Graduate are welcome.
• Able to work 6 days a week and can work in shifts.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Communication skills.
