Marketing Executive
About this position
We are seeking a versatile and driven Senior/ Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring that all activities align with our strategic goals and enhance our artists' presence in the region.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing plans from end to end to increase visibility and engagement for the artists and brand partners.
• Utilize market insights to identify trends and opportunities within the K-pop and SEA markets.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and social media initiatives to drive audience growth and brand recognition.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with media outlets, influencers, brands, and other stakeholders to expand our artists' reach.
• Negotiate partnerships that support THEBLACKSEA’s objectives and enhance market presence.
• Collaborate closely with artists, creative teams and cross function to effectively promote their music, performances, and projects.
• Lead activations and execute from end to end around artist new releases, events, and collaborations to maximize exposure.
• Develop innovative campaigns and initiatives to maximize exposure and engagement with our artists' fanbase.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing efforts.
• Support marketing team members, contributing to a creative and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
• Proven experience (1 year+) in a marketing and production role, preferably within entertainment, music, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for K-pop and the entertainment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Production or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proficient in English (Spoken and Written).
