Key Account Manager, (Health & Wellness/Modern Trade)
About this position
The Key Account Manager for Health & Wellness/Modern Trade is responsible for developing sales channels, maintaining customer relationships, driving marketing plans, and coordinating with various departments to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Develop sales channels (modern trade), customers, and distribution channels for B2B wholesales and SME Sellers who sell products both offline and online through their own stores, social commerce, and/or E-commerce platforms. Develop strategies for market penetration and implement actions to achieve business goals (Route-To-Market Plan, and Sales Penetration strategy).
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and potential customers, sales volume, partner needs, visit partners at sales points, and manage customer account groups (Key account and customer management).
• Develop processes to recruit new customers both online and offline, and develop sales volume for each channel to ensure the sales team has a sales pipeline to work on and close deals throughout the year (Sales lead management).
• Drive marketing plans, product launches to create sales opportunities, close sales, increase revenue, run promotions, and events, including developing sales and marketing tools (Go-To-Market Plan, and Trade/Activation and Tools management).
• Develop and utilize pricing strategies for each channel, manage customer product categories, as well as arrange and create customer end-user experiences at sales points to increase profits and customer satisfaction (Pricing and Merchandising management).
• Coordinate plans with departments within the organization such as production, new product development, finance, brand communication, and other support units to achieve sales targets, profits, and customer and partner satisfaction (Sales & Product plan management).
• Generate weekly sales reports and analyze channel and partner performance to track and make adjustments to meet objectives (Sales & Performance report).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration. Business management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales, key account, and product distribution in hospitals, Modern Trade, drug stores, Personal Care/Beauty, Healthy food shop channels.
• Have experience working in sales. Products in the group of medicines, medical supplies, various dietary supplements, and related products.
• If you have ever worked with a company that manufactures nutritional supplements and medicines, you will receive special consideration.
• Be a good planner. and can see the practical picture well and have excellent operations management skills.
