Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and AI-driven solutions tailored to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Analyze HR processes to identify automation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Analyze large HR data sets to derive insights and develop predictive models that support strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide insights into HR trends and workforce planning through data analytics, supporting decision-making and predictive workforce strategies.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, prepare datasets, and ensure accuracy for model training.
• Integrate machine learning and AI solutions into existing HR systems to drive seamless, technology-enabled processes.
• Regularly evaluate model performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and HR technology to recommend innovative improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in all AI applications related to HR.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or data science, preferably with exposure to HR-related projects.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques to ensure high model performance and accuracy.
• Familiarity with HR processes, data sources, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to align AI solutions effectively with HR objectives.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights and findings to HR and business stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify HR automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges.
• Ability to work with large datasets and proficient in SQL or NoSQL database management.
