The financial analysis position involves ensuring accurate business performance reporting, analyzing profitability, and supporting financial projects within a multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that management has a timely and accurate picture of business performance, participate in the analysis and reporting of product profitability as well as extensive customer analysis.
• Being a business partner of the related BU’s management and local finance team to coordinate the working with Accounting team and CFO.
• Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas from top line to bottom line of financial statement of the company.
• Monitoring, highlighting and analyzing causes of unexpected variance of the related BU vs target vs history on a timely basis or ad-hoc requirement.
• Preparing Mid-year and Budget Review with Financial Analysis including all areas from top line to bottom line of financial statement of the company.
• Supporting Financial Projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher level in Finance, Accounting or Business Administrative.
• Minimum of 3 years financial planning and analysis experience in a large multi-national organization. FMCG is a plus.
• Key skills for this position include: Financial Planning, Good management, Problem solving, Proficiency in interpreting financial results, Analyst trend and Business indicators.
• Proactive - ability to work under pressure, anticipate the result, come out with alternative solution and result-oriented.
• Able to work well in multi-cultural environment.
• Good command of English, both in speaking and writing.
• Good computer skills especially MS Office: Words, Excel and Power-point.
