About this position
The Regional Campus Recruitment and Engagement Lead plays a critical role supporting CPF entities across the region to recruit and engage with campus talents.
Responsibilities
• The Regional Campus Recruitment and Engagement Lead plays a critical role supporting CPF entities across the region to recruit and engage with campus talents; including Co-creation programs, graduate hiring, internship program and other campus related activities for employer branding purposes.
• Fully responsible for building long-term networking with local and international universities.
• Manage the educational projects with university and business units aligned with the direction of CPF's business.
• End-to-end ownership of campus recruitment and activities, leading regional campus hiring team to deliver all action plans.
• Supervise all campus hiring functions across the region to successfully deliver all objectives under the function strategy.
• Share the responsibility of elevating CPF’s employer brand image amongst campus students and university partners via various innovative marketing activities and communications.
• Lead and drive partnerships with other organizations and governments for campus hiring purposes. Represent CPF to speak at external events and media engagements for campus hiring.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, or talent acquisition roles, preferably with regional exposure.
• Proven track record of managing employer branding strategies and university relations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills to foster strong partnerships with universities, organizations, and government bodies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience in public speaking or media engagements.
• Creative thinker with a strong ability to develop and execute innovative marketing and branding campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing recruitment metrics and developing strategies based on insights.
