About this position
Creative & Graphic Designer & Employer Branding is responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen our employer brand, attracting top talent, and promoting a positive image of the company as a great place to work. This role will lead digital content creation, manage social media campaigns, and engage with key internal and external audiences to amplify our presence across all relevant media channels for both online and offline.
Responsibilities
• Create engaging, on-brand content (e.g., videos, blogs, social media posts) that showcases our work environment, culture, and values.
• Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and maintain a content calendar.
• Engage with audiences on social media, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that align with our values and culture.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor branding to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive and appealing employer brand.
• Plan and execute employer branding campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to enhance future initiatives.
• Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and brand perception metrics.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies, to boost employer brand awareness.
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in communication, advertising, employer branding, social media, or related roles.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visuals and aesthetics.
• Excellent social media management experience and knowledge of branding best practices.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing trends.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and digital advertising.
