CPF operates integrated agro-industrial and food business, including livestock and aquaculture such as swine, broiler, layer, duck, shrimp and fish. The businesses are categorized into 3 categories, namely Feed, Farm and Food. The Company also operates retail and foods outlets.

About this position

The Corporate Finance Manager (Overseas) is responsible for monitoring business planning, conducting feasibility studies, managing financial planning and budgets, and improving the company's financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Key person in monitoring business planning / Analysis on the revenue and cost, profit & loss.
• Assist in conducting the feasibility study, financial models & valuation of the potential project.
• Make the company's especially financial planning, budget management, fund management and other work, and supervising the process implementation.
• Organize the analysis of economic activities, make the company's financial plans and cost plans, increase income and reduce cost, and improve efficiency.
• Forecast the company's short-term and long-term cash position through cash flow model.
• Managing credit facilities including term loans, financing cost, financial structure.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local accounting regulations, is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel, financial ratios, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in multicultural teams.
• Willingness to work and travel internationally, including extended periods abroad.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in different time zones.
• Prior experience in financial roles, such as investment banking, financial analyst, or auditor, is preferred.
• Experience in multinational companies, financial institutions, or consulting firms is advantageous.
• Exposure to international projects, mergers and acquisitions, or global financial management is a plus.
