Responsibilities
• Develop corporate communication strategies across all platforms to enhance the organization’s image.
• Create communication plans aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
• Analyze situations and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the media.
• Foster collaboration between the organization and media partners.
• Prepare information and oversee press conferences, including the management of key news issues.
• Supervise the creative team in producing content, such as articles, news, videos, and digital media.
• Develop and deliver engaging and targeted news topics to the intended audience.
• Develop communication strategies to build strong relationships with business partners and within the organization.
• Manage internal communications to foster understanding and collaboration across teams.
• Plan the use of digital media for corporate communication purposes.
• Innovate communication approaches and keep track of digital trends.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication Arts, Journalism, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of executive-level experience in corporate communications.
• Comprehensive understanding of the overall mechanisms of communication within large organizations.
• Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills with measurable impact.
• Expertise in managing media relations and building a corporate brand.
• Strong news acumen with the ability to analyze and anticipate situations effectively.
• Creative skills in generating news angles and writing content across all formats and platforms.
• Proficiency in communication strategy development and presentation delivery.
• Strong network and familiarity with the media industry, along with extensive experience in journalism.
• Excellent team management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English communication (speaking and writing).
• A leader capable of managing diverse teams.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
