CPF operates integrated agro-industrial and food business, including livestock and aquaculture such as swine, broiler, layer, duck, shrimp and fish. The businesses are categorized into 3 categories, namely Feed, Farm and Food. The Company also operates retail and foods outlets.

About this position

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, launching new products, conducting consumer research, and analyzing data to optimize marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Create a brand strategy and innovation to ensure the brand is recognizable and lead the public perception of the brand's right key vision messages.
• Responsible for strategies and managing marketing campaigns to make sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns (both offline and online portals)
• Identify the brand positioning and create a strategic brand plan/ brand building to reach business objectives.
• Responsible for product launching development both new products and existing products.
• Initiative consumer penetration tactics and extend the consumer market shares.
• Keep up to date the consumer trends, market share, competitors, and research analysis from research agencies to enhance the marketing strategy, NPD, and product details to align the consumer future trends from time to time.
• Study consumer and market insight to optimize the product and marketing plan.
• Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
• Responsible for P&L profitably, optimizing the marketing budget spending effectively.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Initiate new marketing concept, trade plan, price parameter, on-site survey, and other ad-hoc which was assigned.
• Work across multiple departments (such as stakeholders, product line team, R&D, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public communication, or higher which is related to the job fields
• Minimum proven 3 years experience in marketing or related field (IMC, Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing Manager, etc.)
• Having a background in the FMCG industry is preferable.
• Solid understanding of key drivers of brand/product management, P&L, and marketing plan
• Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation skills
• Able to responsible multitask and good prioritize.
