Assistant Manager, Knowledge Management (CP Meiji)
About this position
The Assistant Manager, Knowledge Management at CP Meiji is responsible for developing and implementing the Knowledge Management platform, ensuring effective knowledge-sharing processes, and creating a knowledge-sharing environment within the company.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the Knowledge Management (KM) platform, including the KM data architecture on the CP-Meiji KM system
• Develop and deploy knowledge-sharing process and ensure that the process will be run effectively.
• Conduct research, documents and generate knowledge materials to be published in both the CP-Meiji KM platform and printed forms.
• Analyze collected lessons learned and provide recommendations for best practices in improving CP-Meiji KM Utilization.
• Work closely with Cross function in enriching and updating CP-Meiji KM materials
• Creating a knowledge-sharing environment and community to the company
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree - Master's degree: Faculty of Communication Arts / Computer / Human Resources or related fields.
• KM is responsible for the learning contents & solution design and talent & succession development, and blended learning environments.
• Strong pipeline tracking and management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Strategic & Business Skills: Includes business planning, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Management Skills: Includes business processes, people management, process mapping, team building, and measurement.
