Assistant Brand Manager (CP Meiji - Hong Kong)
About this position
The Assistant Brand Manager at CP Meiji - Hong Kong will be responsible for conducting market and consumer research, developing communication strategies, and managing content to enhance brand growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Work with business development, CMI team and external partners to research and analyze consumer behaviors, competitor activity and touch point usage for developing communication and go-to-market plan.
• Work with CMI team and external partner to evaluate brand health annually.
• Identify company opportunities.
• Work with digital agency to position the brand for growth.
• Develop communication strategy and go-to-market plan. Connect online and offline touch point. Leverage internal support and drive collaboration with distributor.
• Work with digital agency to plan and execute of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media based on audience’s journey.
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of all communication and branding programs in coordination with various stakeholders.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current digital initiatives with tracking and analysis, and summarize learning or best practices for informing future initiatives.
• Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
• Designing and implementing creative content strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and update contents in CP-Meiji Singapore website.
• Ensuring that messaging and activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Requirements
• Bachelor and Master Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing or digital agency.
