Account Manager (Social Commerce Business)
About this position
Once-a-lifetime opportunity to work in a start-up-like content-driven business unit under one of the biggest conglomerates in Thailand, CP Group, with the ambition to be No.1 Social Commerce anchor for CP Group globally. This role is expected to disseminate a think-tank and know-how to establish trust as a digital marketing thought-leader to drive success on social media for brands either under CP Group or big brands in the market.
Responsibilities
• Discover insights related to brands, consumers, and market
• Initiate communication strategy and plan to achieve business goal as well as estimate KPI and budget
• Understand client’s business and represent The Lemon Shot as a Trusted Advisor to all stakeholders
• Manage client’s expectation along the project to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page and be able to achieve the goal and satisfaction
• Manage project timeline and resources as plan
• Manage internal team and external team including third party to deliver jobs following the aligned milestones
• Allocate and control budget of the project as well as manage invoices, contracts, and document works
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
• 4 - 5 Years of work experiences in advertising agency, media agency or marketing, digital marketing, marketing communication
• Experience in influencer campaign and social media
• Experience in client-facing role within advertising company is a plus
