About this position
The Online Marketing/Digital Marketing position involves planning and implementing online marketing strategies, monitoring campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with the marketing/sales team to generate leads.
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement online marketing strategies for various projects of the company
• Align online media usage with target customer groups
• Monitor work according to the established plan
• Prepare reports summarizing media usage, expenses, and analyze data/results
• Run Ads/analyze data to target Ads to the right audience
• Create Content/Ad/SEO/SMO to improve media usage on FB/TIKTOK/GOOGLE/IG and find new channels to reach the target audience
• Participate in marketing/sales team meetings to generate leads from the target audience
• Prepare Weekly Report/Monthly Report for each project to summarize overall results
• Participate in marketing events both Offline/Online
• Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study
• Active, creative, fast learner, and leadership skills
• Responsible and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work in a team
• Ability to adapt well to the organization
